It’s sort of a pilot , but the food is usually not good , the fuel pumps are actually good , parking is can be bad , showers especially lately have started to close at at night , the workers are nice though, and they don’t have a lot here but tourists type of store .

Always clean the games are fun but sometimes the employees are just down right rude... For instance one make employee thought it was appropriate to touch me. I mean seriously he ran his hand up and down my back without any type of invitation.... That's the type of thing that will keep my family and friends from revisiting unfortunately... I really do enjoy going there otherwise... My suggestion is to deal with the overnight man and assert to him the importance of keeping our hands OFF the customers..

A dump! I’ve been here several times and it’s not worth the stop! Buy your fuel before or after. Always an excuse as to why they can’t give out showers. Always an excuse as to why you can’t use Pilot Rewards. Bathroom is always filthy too. There is not 100 parking spaces either. Maybe 40 if you’re lucky! We’ve asked and asked our dispatch to remove them as a fuel stop. Finally they did. Now we won’t have to deal with their BS any longer.

If you’re a trucker rolling into this Pilot Travel Center thinking you’ll find a clean stop, hot food, and a smooth experience—well, partner, you might want to downshift those expectations.
Let’s start with the parking lot. It’s a total lot lizard’s nest—crowded, chaotic, and full of drivers who park like they’ve got a CDL in creative disorderly logistics. If you were hoping for a peaceful break, good luck. You’ve got reefers running all night, horns blaring, and at least one guy who thinks a Jake brake is a musical instrument.
Inside, the bathrooms? Let’s just say I’ve seen cleaner mud flaps. The showers take so long to get assigned that you’d think they were hand-carving the soap. And speaking of food, if you enjoy heat-lamped pizza that’s been idling since the Clinton administration, you’re in the right place. Otherwise, your best bet is a pack of beef jerky and a prayer.
Customer service? About as warm as a dead battery in North Dakota. You’ll get more conversation out of the CB radio than the folks behind the counter.
Look, I know truck stops aren’t the Ritz-Carlton, but is it too much to ask for a place that doesn’t feel like a scene from a horror movie? This Pilot needs to hit the brakes and get its act together before drivers start rerouting to literally anywhere else.
