I have been a member of the bank since 1989. #1 issue, the lobby is not open on Saturdays. #2 I took a small cashier check from my acct at First United Bank made out in my name to deposit in savings at Prosperity. First, they wanted to put a hold on the cashier's check, then they actually called First United. I felt like a criminal. Never had any trouble until Prosperity took over. I asked to raise the limit on my line of credit ( history since 1989). It has zero outstanding balance and has been a line of credit for over 30 years, btw. I get questions on why I want to raise the limit, really none of their business , but I buy bottle calves and calves with my granddaughters teaching them how to manage money, responsibility, etc...
Denied from some person on an email.. no one at the branch to make a decision.
Absolutely ridiculous.
This is not the only issues with Prosperity, just the one from today
I have 3 retirement checks auto deposited each month, 36 year history with the bank, ZERO issues on my end.
Some person on an email controls everything, my account is probably older than them...
And I get a bull shit AI response... Great Customer Service...

Love my Prosperity Bank! Extremely nice people and helpful. Had someone use my debit card and they took care of it like it was their own!

I like the bank and especially Kailey and Bailey.They are nice, explain things to you, and their customer service is exceptional!They really talk to you about fraud and scams.They are building a new location right up the street from me.

I put money on an account there long ago years ago can't remember much but that can't get that money I guess that's gone forever ?

This is the best bank. The lady's and even James are some of the sweetest people. They are good with your money and help no matter what.
