Night staff is lack luster. But they do carry products you really just can't find anywhere

I encountered 5 staff people in the course of my visit (including Churchs/Dickeys and the clean, orderly store.) Every single one of them made eye contact and smiled. Conversation was friendly and engaging. To be honest, I'm a bit stunned by such an unusual experience.
