Tommy, is very up front and honest, my car messed up Monday before Thanksgiving, dropped the car off Monday afternoon and all repairs were made and car was ready to go the next Day. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again Taylor Automotive.

The guy is super rude... I mean ridiculously rude.. I have a warranty on my car and it pissed him off that he had to call them saying he was keeping the car until he got his money and they even if they paid it it's not going to be all of it... I highly recommend this place to be shut down. Apparently he don't like his job and apparently from what I see and hear now he overcharges everyone and doesn't even do the job right.....

This place give quotes that 3 times the amount other local Mechanics give. The Manger is always rude beyond even when having a good day! He seems like he can't stand being employed. They are the cheapest for an allignment BUT THATS IT.

These guys are legit. My wife and I moved to Myrtle Springs in October 2023 and needed to find a quality mechanic. I have a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta that I use to commute to work and back since driving to Wylie is a little bit of a haul. Keep in mind that this car sat for 13 years without ever being cranked. The very first time I took my car there, it needed SEVERAL repairs. Again, this is a 2003 Volkswagen that most shops would not even think about taking in. These guys not only got all the parts and repaired it, they got it done in a couple of days. Since then, I have had to take it back for other repairs that come up after a car has been sitting for 13 years. Here is the list of repairs they have done for me.
Shocks and struts all the way around
Wheel bearing
Horn
Fender well
Spark plugs and wires
Complete rear axle
Tire
Headlight wiring harness
Oil change x2
Window that had come off track
Adjusted transmission linkage (5-speed manual transmission)
Adjusted headlights
I may have forgotten a few....but this is most of it
They have always been very professional and kept me informed of all the repairs that my car could use. Some repairs I had them go ahead and do - others I have put off until necessary. Again, they informed me of what I needed to get done and let me CHOOSE which repairs I wanted to get done at the time. These guys are the only guys that I will take my vehicles to in this area. Very honest and up front about repair costs. Best of all they do quality work and get it done in a timely manner. Most other shops would need at least double, if not triple the amount of time that these guys get the job done in. Do yourself a favor and be honest with what a repair that you need made may cost and understand that businesses that do quality work are able to do it because they have quality mechanics and understand what needs to be done. If you want a cheap repair that could cost you more money down the road, then you get what you pay for.
Hell, these guys even brought me home after dropping off my car since I live down the road. Free of charge.
I will continue to be a loyal customer to Taylor Automotive. Tommy and his guys are legit. Thanks guys.

Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics are professional and courteous, Kasey was so on target and fast at what he helped me with today. They are extremely accurate on every detail of what they are working on. I highly recommend them. From a 1-5, they get 10 🌟's. Amazing people and work.
