This place is horrible I should've known not to go in a place that close at 7 and I walk in at 6:00 not a soul was in there and I've noticed now all they do is try to over charge you for work they can't do they can't polish toes to save their life they can't design they can't do a fill I've never let them do a full set just something simple and they can't do it that's why when I go here I get something cheap a toe nail polish change is 25 dollars here and they don't even know how to polish a joke a waist of time and your hard earned money

Needed to get nails done for a Funeral went into this place asked the lady if she could do my nails like this and showed her a picture. She said oh yes yes I can do this.

It depends on who you have to do your nails. Some hurt even after being told they are hurting ( cutting, sharp tools, rough), some do fine, some do fair.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Not only did she RIP my previously glued on nails off causing 1/2 of one nail to rip in the nail bed, but since on previously healthy nails (I had let my natural long healthy nails grow out since October 2024) I now have fungus and 1/2 nails missing. -10000/10

The service was horrible, a teenage boy who didn’t want to be there and would curse whilst doing my nails. A lady fixed them as much as she could but seriously they are so bad. I am so embarrassed. They also made me still pay full price. The place is also disgusting as well.

Terrible and burned mine and my daughter’s nails. Said our nail designs we wanted were too much or difficult. Complained about the shape i wanted and gave me multi colors french tips and just painted multi colored kids nails too.

Went in for pedicures with my friend, I can’t believe how bad my toes look. The very bare minimum of being a nail artist should be that you can paint within the “lines.” You know just get it on my nail and not my toes. If I wanted my toes to look like this, I would have done it myself. I don’t know her name but she was a bigger middle aged white lady. I don’t know if she’s been to school or not for this job but if so, she needs her license taken away. Incredibly overpriced too, $50 for the worst job I’ve ever seen.

I came in with a set of acrylics on and asked for a soak off and new set, they started my soak off process and cut me several times while filing I also had to move chairs three different times during this process. Once they got the acrylic off “Rose” started putting on my new set she was rushing and put the tips on crooked and got glue on my fingers. I asked for almond and I got three other shapes….. and yet again she cut me during this filing process. May go get a tetanus shot after this because this place was filthy. ALSO she got an attitude when I tipped her five dollars when I shouldn’t have tipped at all!!!

“Rose” kept burning my nail bed, made my nail bleed, her attitude was not acceptable but I dealt with it calmly. Charges extra if they see you got money. And yes they talk bad about you, im Cambodian we have similar sayings. I was so uncomfortable. Do not recommend !! Tried to give it the benefit of doubt many times

Older man did my pedicure. Extremely rough. Two toes on each foot so painful, red and inflamed, then sprayed alcohol on them. 12 hours later still hurting and unable to sleep. Place not very sanitary. This man is extremely rough. Do not recommend him for any service. I will not return. Charged full price, without polish.
