“We called Jack’s after we had already been on the road for 15 hours on our way home. We had a blow out and couldn’t get the bolts to come loose to change it. They showed up within 30 minutes with a new tire, got it changed and looked at our alignment and other tire. They told us not to finish the drive home and to have the other tire changed first thing, as the alignment was messed up and the other tire was in bad shape, too. The technicians gave us recommendations on where to stay and where to go the next day. They were kind, efficient, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!”
