If you're a handicap, you are a 0 and Harbor Freight. I stopped at the one in Tyler, Texas, I asked for the manager I explained that I have a hard time walking and I have a trailer on me.So I cannot get up near the door I told him that I needed a couple of packs of cutting wheels and if he would come out and get my money and bring them out to me. He said no, we don't do transactions like that.
Well i apologize for being in pain every day. But I still have to get up and make a living. I drove to Canton Texas to try to supplay. Still got a trailer on me.
Can't get up near the door I'll call them. Told them what I needed they came out and got my money and brought me the cutting wheels.👍They were more expensive. You only get 5 in a pack But i got the srevice of tractor supply thanks guys.
i'm done with a Harbor freight I will not spend another dollar at a Harbor freight. Your policy towards handicapped people is terrible..

30 minutes before close and they were running their propane engine buffer. Those things are really loud and sling wax dust and store dust all through the air. When we put our stuff up to leave he was coming down the row we were on. Pure BS.

The most disgusting restroom I’ve ever used. One toilet clogged full of feces, feces smeared on both toilets seats, feces spread across the floor in one stall. No soap to wash hands. The dispenser was laying open and empty. The amount of dirt and grime on the floor as well and dirt built up on the wall under the hand air dryer left me mind blown. The employees ought to be ashamed to let their bathroom get that unsanitary.

Stopped in for goat feed. Nothing wild, just feed. But as I reached for the bag, an old guy next to me said, “Careful—last time I bought that one, my goats started acting… different.”
I laughed. He didn’t.
He leaned in and whispered, “They opened the gate. From the inside.”
I bought the feed anyway. If my goats start organizing, I’ll blame Canton.

The employees I give 5 stars but the store gets 4. The are always willing to help out with your feed and loading up. The missing star is for the cramp size store and bad layout to get loaded up.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes for the cashier (Meredith) to tell me they can't take credit cards. No signs, no effort to inform anyone, no care about her job or anyone else in the store. Disappointed in the lazy staff, managers should really pay attention to the amount of people this rude cashier is running off.

The service today from Susan at the register was outstanding! So friendly and extremely helpful! She even gave me a birthday card of her own choosing. Thank you Susan, you made my day!!

Called Canton store multiple times, to inquire if that location is able to fill propane bottles, couldn't get a straight answer or got multiple conflicting answers. They don't seem to even know what products they sell or their own inventory.

Made the mistake of not going to lowes. Ordered 10 bags of one product that they showed to have. They did not have it.. this don't happen at lowes. Or walmart . Now I'm headed 15 minutes one way to pick up 1 bag of peatmoss. Will never shop nor use tractor supply again . Unless in a bind. There was nothing said until almost a hour planter I ordered that's unacceptable for a multimillion dollar establishment.. update the one bag of product I needed is the picture stated. My 30 minute round trip was for absolutely nothing..

I’m hardly ever in canton anymore but as a former TSC employee, I was appalled at the state of the store when I walked in today. The cashier did greet me , but not one other employee offered to help me or acknowledged anyone. The majority of the dog food has not been worked off the top racks so it was all out of reach for customers. One employee was loudly talking about how this was the most chill job he has ever has and as long as you kept the district of your back then it was all good. I understand that First Monday wipes the store out, but working your feed and constantly working the Overstock off the top shelves and facing everything the correct direction and pulling it forward helps tremendously with just how the store looks in general . I know because I have been a cashier, team lead, receiver and assistant manager in this exact store years ago. What happened to taking pride in your store and your work ethic? I ended up leaving without buying anything and drove all the way to Mineola and bought the dog food I needed from there.

They had exactly what I was looking for and then some. The lady at the register even gave my little chihuahua girl a treat that she actually ate.

The employees here are always friendly and helpful! I can easily think of several times when an employee went out of their way to help me find what I was needing and even helped me look up good alternatives when they didn't have the exact product. There is an older gentleman here with a mustache, I didn't catch his name, that truly cared n helped me get supplies for my animals before the cold snap, and it was truly appreciated.
