Went into the store at 5:50 - they close at 7 and the rep told us he didn't have time since we were there so late really???? An hour and 10 minutes isn't enough time? Ridiculous will not be back there

My one star has absolutely nothing to do with the employees and is strictly for verizion itself. I spent 4.5 hours at Verizon today and I'm done with them. We have a home internet box with them that just suddenly stopped working so we decided to go down and see what they could do for us. Madison was helpful AF got customer service on the phone to cancel it and get a return box sent to us, after receiving the email confirmation they are sending the box an old address. While we were there Madison told us about the business internet since we have an active LLC we went ahead and tried to get an account going. Verizon refused to accept any paper l, our bank statement with our business name and address wasn't enough, IRS paperwork with our EIN number and address wasn't enough, Tax revenue paperwork from the state confirming our current in good standing and valid with our name wasn't enough. Now the replacement home internet box keeps dropping and isn't working. I am incredibly disappointed and considering going to T-Mobile

BAD SERVICES FROM THE EMPLOYEE , there is a lady that she don’t understand about CARRIER that i asked her for a prepaid register and i wanna join family plan later with my friend and i asked for prepaid and she put me for POST PAID and gave me a welcome plan, which is i paid MORE and i can’t join with my friend line cause she put me for POST PAID and a welcome plan that cost me about register $43+ and welcome plan $81.35 a month, it’s SUCK? Thank you for your bad service lady, she even couldn’t speak anything when i came for the second time for ask help! SHE’S SO REALLY LAZY

If I could give 10 stars I would. My daughter was having trouble with her phone. We went in to the store at 5:45, store closes at 7. Katie Wyatt called customer service for us and sat on the line with them for almost 2 hours. The store was supposed to close and John Andress called his manager to get permission to stay for us to get our issue solved. These two employees went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore. We are so appreciative to both of these employees.

It's bad enough the store was oddly closed, in the middle of the afternoon, when my family and I first arrived, but add in a super snotty, and all-around nasty employee and our family won't be back, ever.When a customer states exactly what they need, but the employee didn't listen, time is wasted repeating the same thing over and over. Somehow that's the customers fault. Instead of helping, we were thrown out and gas-lighted. Can you imagine treating seniors like they're incoveniencing you? Well, you don't have to imagine it if you go to the Canton Verizon!Thankfully the folks at Verizon in Tyler helped us, happily, and we bought more than we even planned.
