This branch here, man they know how to treat people from the manager on down, they have handled and diffused situations in front of me and even some of my own situations. I believe each and every branch employee here should have a pay raise and some recognition for there great way of working with people!!!

Visiting manager Eric Revenig from Canton location was so helpful and kind here at the Woodforest Grand Prairie bank location! He handled my concerns with respect and urgency. Kudos to his managerial skills and ability to find a resolution.

This is her daughter and earlier today for a school project they had us call banks and ask questions about their services my mom uses this bank I called to ask question about a checking and saving account so I know about the bank that I was going to use when I get an account there but the lady when I said that I had some questions about your bank she rudly cut me off and said we don't do that here which is funny because how do you expect people to bank with you if u don't give simple information about your bank.

Not a bad financial institution but I wouldn't consider it a "bank" per se. The "branches" are little more than ATMs. If you want access to more than $1k, it's near impossible. Having to buy a cashier's check to get your money out, then go to a real bank and cash it (after 24 hours) is rather annoying. It is probably handy to have in Walmarts for people that don't have much capital.
The employees are nice but their ability is limited.
