If I could give a NEGATIVE SCORE I would!! This is ABSOLUTELY the MOST UNRELIABLE service I have ever had. Extremely disappointed in this company and their sluggish attempts to resolve outages.

Don't care for 6 months plan, every 6 months rates double if you forget to sign up for a new plan and no you can't get the same plan for the same money!!!

I do not care about the customer service. Their internet service is awful if you like on Lake Cherokee DO NOT get your internet from zito. The latency is atrocious and the bandwidth is terrible. Go anywhere else but here.
