I walked into the store to warranty a craftsmen ratcheting wrench I had purchased there less than a year ago. I found the wrench and they refused to warranty the item. Not only did they refuse the in store warranty. The manager would address her employee in Spanish. Not knowing I speak the language she called me stubborn and ignorant. At that point I left.

Owner does not support veterans. No military discount. Also, some employees do not speak any English.

The staff there at Ace's hardware in sulphur Leon nice they greet you in the morning Hi how are you good morning nice to see you they are just a family they have everything you need there and if you can't find it there more than happy to help you find it and the prices are so great that you can't afford it to fix your house from plumbing electrical to garden to even help you fix your chainsaw and find any to you need to help you fix your house thank you so much Ace hardware you're the best

I see bad reviews of bad customer service and I’ve been guilty of that myself, not posting it but walking out like that and have come to realize that people have lives too and not just me, us, you. Of course there’s days of getting overwhelmed and days of borderline boredom in these jobs. With complete patience, one can feel more relaxed in going about their daily lives keeping stress at bay. 1 young ace employee helped me right away at entering in trying find my water heater part issue but no parts found, I thanked him and on the way out another ace employee offered to help as well, upon trying as well, no success, But did give me a contact name and number of a handyman he knew of from the area and for me to give the handyman a call and to mention his name and all this on a Saturday weekend evening. Yes I’ve gone to this Ace during closing time too, and knowing they have lives to go to…. I Dare not hamper there closing of the store knowing there’s always another day and it used to be where nothing was open on the weekends 🤔we’re just little bit spoiled as a society pushing our own stress button.

Went in to buy pellets for stove they had always opened the gate in back and put them in my truck Cashier today said no I have to walk through store and carry them out I told them that it was more than 2 but she said not I will not be back there ever again and that was my go to store have find something else

Came right before 6. Was looking for some hardware for a tv mount. Walked around for about ten minutes. Nobody wanted to talk to me. Too busy trying to close. As I walked out I mentioned to the lady at the register I guess there’s no one to help, I guess I’ll just go to Lowe’s. She told me ok thank you. What a waste of time.
