This post is specifically about the customer service. I went today to find a shirt for an interview and Ale was incredibly nice and helpful. I probably tried the entire stores blouse options and Ale did not get frustrated or annoyed with how long I was taking. She just kept bring out more options and giving me her honest opinion. I hope her manager knows she's got a great employee and deserves to be recognized.

The store was staffed with many employees who catered to very specific guests. What a shame, they had nice clothes but unlike every other store in this plaza the customer service was terrible.

Just left!! Awful experience and couldn't feel more like a criminal.. Who trained this staff! No greetings no friendly service..just stared at like I was about to steal. You all are Awful and do not understand loss prevention and customer service. Don't shop here!

Always have excellent service here! They always set me up with a dressing room, check in to see if I need different sizes and are super attentive. Perhaps it's because I am friendly. I've never had a problem with service.

I love Ann Taylor but I left the store feeling bad. I walked in the store,Monday morning. It was not busy at all. I wasn't acknowledged, the lady working there only stared at me. I also walked the whole store and she followed from a distance quietly. It was strange. I left feeling disappointed. I wentto Banana Republic and they were MUCH friendlier.

The select of clothes as ok but the staff was unfriendly. I walked in and was stared at and not acknowledged. I walked the whole store and was just followed silently. I felt strange and left. It's ok, rather shop somewhere else.
