Yesterday some Taylor swift wanna be look alike was very rude to my dad when he was just trying to buy some watches . I'm more mad that he did buy them especially after being treated the way she was treating him
She had no name tag so I can't say who she was but she had black curly hair and had a white complication and tall.

I always love shopping at this Fossil store. I love their sales and their products. Recently, my sister saw a purse she really liked but couldn't purchase it at the time. I called a few weeks later and Tatiana (store manager) was so patient with me and so willing to help me find the purse. She made several trips to the back to check her inventory, she looked up sku numbers for me and then she actually remembered that she had helped us when we were in the store! That's great customer service. We will definitely shop here again. Thanks Tatiana and thanks Fossil!

I always have the best and wonderful time visiting this Fossil store. The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Big shout to Joseph and Juan, who helped me by picking out some watches and I actually purchased one which is rare for me since I’m not a big watch guy. Definitely will be recommending to my family and friends!

Joseph and Juan were incredibly helpful! They were both super attentive throughout our shopping trip and made some very helpful recommendations for a couple of gifts we were searching for. Whenever we go again to the store we will make sure to look for them.

The two managers are incredibly rude and I overheard them gossiping about customers that are currently in the store. These two women are clearly so miserable and unhappy with their own lives that they feel the need to make others feel worse. Never coming back.
