Wow what a great place to buy a Travel trailer, my wife and I have been looking for a trailer for a while went to camping world over priced and the fees on top are criminal. We met Shan and Abraham at Franklin mountain RV and they were great very knowledgeable about RV`s Shan gave us a great deal ( I did my home work and research) and the best customer service (genuine and you can feel they actually care) we will always go to Franklin Mountain RV sales from now on!!!!

Bought a travel trailer from them. Great business, great people, and great prices. They will show you how to work everything prior to driving away so you feel confident in staying in your trailer on the first trip. Very glad I went with Franklin Mountain RV Sales for our trailer!

I was recommended to this establishment by my parents since they bought an RV through them recently. Abraham was the salesperson that I dealt with and he took the time to show me all the RVs on the lot. His customer service was amazing and I felt treated with respect, patience and understanding. When I arrived at finding a unit, he then introduced me to the finance person Shan Thomas. Shan offered a great deal and worked with me to include other accessories and an amazing financing deal for the RV. Before signing the dotted line, Abraham took the time to show me every little detail about the RV and tested all accessories to work properly. He went out of his way and took the time to give me some advice for maintenance and care. This dealership is by far the best in customer service, high quality used units, pricing and financing. I am 100% satisfied and I will continue to recommend it to all my family members and friends. If you are reading this review, you need to go and check out what they have in stock prior to making a final decision.

This place is awesome! I called to purchase an adapter for an RV 30 amp to a 15 amp, and was told they dont sell those, but was given one for free!!! Cuz they obviously know RV's!! they have some really nice RV's. I will definitely purchase my RV here!!

Shane was an amazing salesman and has helped outside the sale to help me with understanding and maintaining my rv. At any issue I have had he has taken the time out of his way to drop by and help repair and fix any problems. He is honest and a great family man. If I decide to upgrade I will definitely buy from Franklin mountain again.

Shan was amazing and so helpful and easy to deal with. Easiest purchase we have ever made. He went over and beyond to help answer my thousands of questions and he even delivered our 5th wheel. We had been looking at several units for months and this was by far the best and most appropriately priced unit. We walked away feeling like we got a hell of a deal without a 100% markup. If you are looking for your dream RV make sure and check them out. You won't be sorry!
