I have shopped at this Guess Store for years. Unfortunately, I was wrongly accused of stealing, when at the register ready to pay, another employee asked how I would be paying for something I did not take. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Never again will I come to this Guess Store.

There are 2 guess outlets in el paso. One for accessories and one for clothes. The accessories was good but they didn't have the size I was asking for and the clothing one was ok but you can tell the staff was new. One of the employees was a little hesitant to help me and when I went to checkout, the price was wrong because it was placed on the wrong area. I didn't even buy anything and they never offered to help.

Today I was shopping in both branches of El Paso and the truth is that in Cielo Vista I had to make an appointment... When they served me, they really treated me the best. In fact, I went to make some order purchases, since that is my business, making friends in the different brand stores... One of my orders was a special purchase which they told me that I would find it in the other branch since it was a Guess Factory model, the same one that was in the canutillo oulet making purchases in store with an excellent attention from several employees... We headed for half an hour on the way to the other branch for the model that my husband and I needed so that they would really treat us the worst... As my husband and I were checking out the model that we There was only one in that branch for which a lady helped us very kindly told us that it was the last one but it was not the number that our client was requesting... For this we had more than one order but on two occasions the manager of the branch, the person who was at the entrance passing the customers had already, on two occasions, lifted my husband up from the chairs, one of them telling him that another person would measure a shoe and it was again a second time so that he would leave the store that Because she had people waiting... She waited for us to pass by ourselves to be able to enter the branch. It bothered me a lot because instead of asking if she would make a purchase or not, she decided by decision that I don't think is hers to remove the clients from the branch with the reason that it has people waiting... I told my husband that we should leave but not before mentioning to this person that it was not a way to treat customers since in our case we consumed a lot of this company as it is It's possible that they treat you so shockingly since they are supposed to have professionally trained personnel for any situation...when we were lined up in boxes, two people in front of us complained in the same way they treated us, commenting that they too were treated. The lady wanted to get it, arguing that they were both carrying purchases and obviously commenting the same as us that this was not a way to treat customers since we had also queued to get in.... The cashier, the person who had already served us when asking for The manager tells us that they are both people and trying to argue her way of treating clients, her colleague comments that the entrance is only for one person, not two, to the branch, but before us 5 people entered together and obviously the majority of them those of more than 2 to 3 people, in the end, his explanation was not valid since it is in no way the way to treat a client by behaving arrogantly, much less asking you to leave when you have every right to buy what you need wherever you need it. I really shouldn't give any stars, the manager's treatment is terrible, she wants to remove customers from the store arguing that due to company policies you cannot enter in groups (2 people) the point is that we were waiting for an answer about something that we wanted to buy and the manager tells me, you can go out since I have people waiting to come in!
1. For a customer who is likely to buy a product or service from you, for no reason do you have to chase them away or try to get them out of the store or brand for which you work.
2. The customer can spend the necessary time in the establishment to be sure of what they want to buy.
3. I waited about half an hour to enter the store and make the purchase, I wasn't going to be inside for just a minute.
4. You have to treat customers with empathy, because without them you don't have a job.
5. Have the humility to accept the mistakes they make with customers, since another person in front of me commented that they also wanted to remove her to put another person in the store. Note we both made a purchase.
P.S. Working for a brand does not make you important, on the contrary you have to defend the brand so that it remains one of the best on the market. But sadly, with these types of handlers, what they do is drive away customers and avoid future purchases with you.
