The service was good but the cashier charged me twice for an item ??? I'm furious, obviously I looked at my house, I don't live nearby to go again. I don't even know what adjective to give that girl, and out of respect I don't put her name in this review. What benefit will having done that bring you? ???

I have shopped at this Guess Store for years. Unfortunately, I was wrongly accused of stealing, when at the register ready to pay, another employee asked how I would be paying for something I did not take. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Never again will I come to this Guess Store.

There are 2 guess outlets in el paso. One for accessories and one for clothes. The accessories was good but they didn't have the size I was asking for and the clothing one was ok but you can tell the staff was new. One of the employees was a little hesitant to help me and when I went to checkout, the price was wrong because it was placed on the wrong area. I didn't even buy anything and they never offered to help.

So yesterday a friend and I decided to shop at the El Paso outlets. We decided to go in the store and I regret the moment we went inside. Immediately a tall man hand gestured an employee and pointed at us as if we were a thread to the store, it made us feel so uncomfortable. In matter of seconds all employees kept on staring at us, even the ones on the cashiers. Horrible experience!!! Couldn’t even look at the clothes peacefully without being followed by an employee and staring at us giving us bad looks. I’m never coming back! They racially profiled us as thieves, were Hispanics and I wouldn’t recommend any one with brown skin to go in the store. Despite that the store has really bad costumer service they racially profile costumers. At the end of the day It’s their loss not ours, we get to spend our money somewhere else nicer.

3 out 10 associates smile and ask if assistance is needed. Remaining time feels as though we are not important. Addirionally clearance items could be consider for more markdown for sinlge items.

The purses are very cute but just a few weeks in and the handle was already coming off. I paid about $150 for my two purses and I can't use one of them because the handle completely came off, I am not sure if it wasn't sown on right but it's not worth paying so much for something that won't last. On top of that, when I first purchased the purses the girl forgot to take off the security tags on both, so I had to go back and get them off. All the hassle and issue is not worth it unfortunately. I went back to get my money on the purse that broke but it was a couple days too late to get my money back or exchange it. Will not purchase from here again.
