I'm from Dallas,Tejas on a job in El Paso,Tejas,,, my bro in law makes good barbacoba,, not like this,, hands down,, angles hands these people have in making food,, i felt like one of them cartoon charaters flying in the air when a caught a whiff of their good food,,, please buy local if you can!!! Love El Paso food
