Just want to say that my experience at Lids in the outlets was a very satisfying experience. Daniel Hernandez was the one assisting me throughout the whole experience. He embroided a very special gift that I was buying and made sure it was perfect to my standards, he even re-stitched the phrase when he knew I wasn’t satisfied the first time. He truly went above and beyond for a customer like myself and is the true definition of a great employee and an even better customer service worker. As well as Kaleb who also was there assisting me and making sure I got the best deal and helped me to find the perfect hat for the perfect gift. Both of these young men were exceptional and definitely need a raise or a promotion of some sort. A 10/10 experience overall. ?will definitely be coming back for all my hat needs ?

Bad experience as usual. Ellington told me I could not EXCHANGE w/o receipt even though I asked him to look it up with my access pass? He said “we don’t do that here” I know the policy like the back of my hand. He needs more training and a better attitude

Walked in store at 12:40 pm, and employee (Asst. Mngr) informed me it was closed due to him being out to lunch. The doors were open and there was no sign. When I returned, employee was unfriendly and did not want to provide service until I approached him to help with an order. Even then, he assisted with a very poor and disinterested attitude. When I reviewed my receipt that evening, the receipt reflected an additional $4 "Donation Roundup" charge, which I did not authorize. I am currently waiting for a call back from the Manager to discuss this theft, because adding unauthorized charges to my card IS theft.

Both workers were really friendly and nice. The owner of this store needs to put the AC asap. The workers and customers had to be in the store in extreme heat??? even though the doors were open you sweated 5 pounds off. Bring your workout gear! ??
