My initial interaction was with a young woman by the name of Paulina. Paulina was very professional, kind and patient. She took interest in my personal life and business and was sincere in gathering information in order to best serve me both with the title loan but also on a personal level. This allowed me to be more comfortable and it also allowed me to use mindful consideration in evaluating both my finances and the impact that this loan would have upon them, my family and moving forward in the coming months. The personal and friendly service that what I received helped generate a common Bond, which bridged the gaps between finance year and customer allowing for a more comprehensive and fluent service received. The second time I went in to this company, was to make a payment. There I was greeted by a young man by the name of christian. Christian took his time to not only accept the payment with kindness and respect but also to inform and educate me on the terms of a potential refinance option which he made available. The conversation was intelligible, professional and not overbearing with business or finance jargon. This allowed for another opportunity where I was able to feel comfortable with the financier and really evaluate and consider the options that were provided. People in this business are not usually so forthcoming with information and typically they do not offer that personal camaraderie but rather as a customer permit with deceit and a certain level of arrogance for snobbery. This wasn't the case as per my two visits thus far. Both financiers were especially kind and patient and made me feel comfortable moving forward and allowing the process to unfold in a very clear cut coherent manner. State
