Bought a gift for a visit to family overseas. The intended recipient said she didn’t like it. When I tried to return it 2 days later, they refused, saying it was final sale. No one had advised me that I couldn’t return it and no polices were/are posted stating final sale means no return- not even for store credit. Obviously, I wouldn’t have purchased had I known. These are #dishonest #deceptive practices. I’ll never shop there again.

If there was a choice for 0 stars I would do that instead of one the service was horrible the lady that helped us at the checkout counter had a mad face with no motivation to be there. What we bought was suppose to be a gift and they would only give me two bags. I asked for boxes and they couldn’t even organize the stuff in the box they said we had to do it ourselves. We asked for paper in the bags and they said no so they had to give it to us extra. She gave us so much paper! I had to stand there in the store set up the gifts myself and had to come out of the store with other stuff in my hands because they wouldn’t give us more than two bags like what is that! Love Michael Kors just not this location get better motivated workers who know what their doing with no hesitation never coming back to this location don’t waste your time trying to explain their job.

Went to the store today to do a return for a purchase I had made online through the Michael Kors website. The associate that was helping me out with the return asked me what was my payment method, I replied stating it was through Klarna she responded that they did not accept any returns via Klarna payment method and that I would have to ship it back out to Klarna. Which made no sense to me. I’ve always made returns using the klarna payment method at this store, did a return 2 weeks prior. Wouldn’t recommend this store for any online returns apparently staff is not knowledgeable!!!!

Today I visited this place there were 3/4 people all leaning on a display case talking and not even a greeting much less did they come forward to offer assistance quite the opposite they just kept laughing and talking I was looking for a shoe size and I found it myself and it is not the first time What's happening to me here? They should have better customer service.

Horrible customer service!! Big guy greeted everyone but my family never asked if we needed help. Many employees just standing around talking to other employees there's no customer service.

Don’t not shop at this location bunch of liars and horrible rude associates at this location. They lie about return policies beware you might have someone tell one thing and other person tell you something totally different.order a pair of mk shoes and was first told I needed the card I pay with to return and when I went back with card I was then told my shoes was used and can’t be return same shoes and never worn! How bad of sales they must be having when they lie to customers about returns to avoid them I would of bought I different item had I was treated correctly but due to lack of customer care and laziness they just didn’t want to help me or take my return. Please improve your customer service ASAP or just remove location completely I got the service and help from cielo vista location no problem even left with a new pair of shoes and watch I recommend Michael kors location in cielo vista mall instead.
