After much research I chose Oasis Hot Tubs out of Elpaso TX. Their communication was very good. Ernesto is one of their customer service technicians and delivered and set up the tub. There were a couple of issues with the tub that Ernesto was able to correct. Even being an hour away he made several trips to ensure everything was working properly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE and their staff!

We searched everywhere for a jacuzzi/ hot tub and at the end we decided to go with Oasis we felt like Eric was very knowledgeable he answered every question we had he made us feel like we had known him forever he's very easy to talk to and the prices beat most of the places we looked at. we get our jacuzzi next week can't wait!! Thank you very much Eric for making us feel like we've known you forever.

Ernesto and Eric where super. When purchasing a hot tub there's alot of planning that needs to be done by person buying examples where to put it foundation type electrical is there enough access for it to be installed the good news is that they will come out to your house and measure and inspect to make sure all plans go accordingly. That's going above and beyond, tub took 8weeks to get in which was right in schedule installed carefully and professionally very pleased with their service. Note you have v to have a licensed electrician hook it up for you.

Earnesto/OWNER delivered us a non working hit tub. We're been calling for weeks now and every time we speak with owner/ Earnesto we get a different story. He told us the part would be in, never called, he said he'd be out over the weekend, never showed, then he'd be out by Wednesday, never showed, then part ordered on Wednesday it' be in Monday, never called, then part ordered on Friday. Called him today, says part take 10 to 15 days.... what will he tell me next? So many lies he can't remember what he's told you. Do not purchase. No returns, all sales final!OUR HOT TUB IS STILL NOT FIXED! 3 weeks from date of purchase

Well three years later I still don't have a working hot. Just note that if they pick up your hot tub it will not come back in the same condition as it left. I've been waiting 2 1/2 years for them to fix one leak which in turn according to them they found several other leaks and supposedly fix that. So after all that time waiting I finally got my hot tub back only to have the tub wouldn't hold any water because they dropped it and damaged the whole corner side. And the water was coming out faster then it was going in. Long story short Don't buy from them.

The most friendly, conscientious, and reputable company I have ever dealt with. Every member of the team was more than accommodating and customer satisfaction was number one on their list. I highly recommend this company. They really bent over backwards to accomplish a really tough job.
