Horrible service by Daniela and Katelyn. They were rude and treated me like I was stealing. Rude to my children and friend. Asked for help to one employee and Daniela interrupted me and said she needed the employee and walked away with them while i speaking. Got dirty looks and smart remarks. There was a sweet lady at the register and her name was Lauren Martell. I let her know my concerns and she understood completely. From my understanding the two ladies I complained about had several other complaints from other customers.

I went in on Saturday afternoon. Daniela Chavez attended me, she was very nice and answered all my questions I had. She offered me the Old Navy Card as well. Great costumer service and makes you feel welcomed.
