First time here, walked in and was not greeted by anyone. There was a total of THREE sales ladies standing in a group gossiping with each other, either about a rude customer or a personal matter, I am unsure. I found shoes I loved but had a question, I walked past them twice and was never asked if I needed help, I had to approach and ask my question and was provided a short and unhelpful answer. Even though I loved the shoes I did refuse to buy here due to horrible customer service. It's sad that it was my first time here and I will never go back again. Saturday June 8th, 2024

There is an older woman with glasses and short hair that helped me tremendously and was so sweet. I didn't get her name, but she made my visit and day so much easier. I'm not good with crowds of people and I was overwhelmed, so it was hard for me to even focus on what I was getting, but she made all the difference in the world for me. The cashier was also very sweet and funny. Thank you guys for being so helpful because the other shoe places were not anywhere near the same level of customer service. Happy holidays to you all. Please continue the fantastic work.
