I am surprised that this store has good offers. For instance, if you buy 2 t-shirts it comes out to 15 dollars. Then the clothing for girls is not expensive and the price is reasonable. I never had shopped here before, but I am looking foward to buy from here again.

I got a credit card from here a few months ago then tried to use it and the rep said Rue21 was bought out from a different company but I’ve still been getting charged interest fees although I’ve paid it off, nothing was sent to me about a close out. The 1-800 numbers on my statement lead to scam wanting me to purchase life alert? I still bought a dress with cash and then decided it didn’t look so great, so I tried to return it and apparently there are no refunds only store credit. I used to love this store now I’m never shopping here again.

The employees are really nice they greet you and make themselves available in case you need help. Their manager Crystal seems to lead by example because she too is very welcoming and helpful. Great experience.
