I'm disappointed because I went yesterday, Wednesday, to shop but it was closed so I came back today and found it closed too (I went today at 1:00 pm) ? It was a disappointment

Went Friday before noon,place was not packed. Was not acknowledged what so ever, three was about 4-5employees and no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance.

On Friday, August 18th, the store was supposed to be open until 9 pm.We went in at 8:35 pm and they were closed. Not only were they closed but they saw us try to come in and they rolled their eyes and walked away. Management needs to be aware. We will not be coming back

I applied here about a month ago and the interview went great and the assistant manager said she would give me a call back that Monday after the interview but I had never got a call from them so I decided to call them to follow up. The main manager herself answered and was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. When I told her I was calling in about the interview her immediate response was “you have the wrong number” with such a NASTY attitude . I told her she answered the phone saying it was Steve Madden so I know i didn’t have the wrong number. THANKFULLY I DID NOT GET THE JOB THERE . I wouldn’t want to work with such a NASTY person anyway.

The have the policy of not exchange for certain shoes, it took me one hour of wearing these shoes were a little tight, I came back to the store and they told me about this policy. Suerte la mía al jenr comprado en esta tienda.
