Review for Brianna and Esther – Tory Burch Outlet, El Paso, TX
Every year, my husband and I make a point to stop at the Tory Burch Outlet in El Paso during our drive from Arizona back to San Antonio—and this year’s visit was exceptional thanks to Brianna and Esther.
From the moment we walked in, both ladies welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. They didn’t just help us shop—they elevated the entire experience. Brianna took the time to understand what I was looking for and pulled several options that matched my style perfectly. Esther went out of her way to check for sizes and even found a color I’d been searching for that wasn’t out on display.
What truly set them apart was their attentiveness and teamwork. They made sure nothing was rushed, all while being incredibly efficient. Even my husband commented on how enjoyable they made the visit—which is saying a lot!
It’s rare these days to encounter service that feels both personal and polished. Brianna and Esther went the extra mile to ensure we left with exactly what we needed—and more. They’ve turned our annual stop into something we now look forward to even more.

Ester and Karen offered the BEST service. I 100% recommend coming to this Tory Burch in El Paso. They have really great purse, wallet, and sandal options and they are also willing to help with a bright smile.

What a terrible experience! I got the outlet discount and texted the salesperson in the store on 26th on March, but she told me that it can't be shipped to DE/OR! However, other outlet stores can, I don't understand why

Esther is amazing! Customer is amazing! Esther always goes above and beyond! Brianna is amazing too! The service is outstanding here! My niece came from Virginia and the service was top notch! Esther is so helpful always and service is great!

If I could star the stores customers service any lower, I would. Sales associates are rude. I definitely regret going through with my purchase there.

Awesome place. I love the styles of the purses and the layout of the store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a sale so the purses were very well priced. I will be going back and looking for Esther, she was so sweet and welcoming, it was my first time going and she even talked to me about the trending styles. Esther let me know they can send me photos of any products they have in stock if I ever want to see them & they will also deliver to you if they need to. Very happy with my purchase.

Women's clothing store, of good quality and to my wife's taste. A wide variety of items such as bags, wallets, backpacks, shoes, sandals, boots, ankle boots, some jewelry accessories and jewelry. The prices are above average for this type of competitive items but the quality is notable and the materials are usually genuine leather. Prices at the outlet have temporary discounts such as 50% + 20% in November, days before Thanksgiving.
