The absolute best people work here! I grew up in a small town, and I feel like I am back home when I come to this store. Everyone is so kind, and tries so hard to make sure you find exactly what you need. My only problem is only buying the things on my list when I go, because everything is so cute there! We chose this store for anything we need when possible, simply because the people are so kind and welcoming.

I always get the BEST SERVICE here at ACE...lastime I went in with my chainsaw and the guy had me up and running in less than 5 minutes! Thank you !!!

Canyon Lake Ace Hardware is simply an amazing store. They typically have all products in stock I am seeking and at reasonable prices. The brands they carry are top notch and the store associates have always been friendly and helpful.

Last time wife and I went to the ace hardware in settler we were asked if we needed help in the pest control isle three times , we were not stealing anything ,don't act like we were!

First, we are locals and always support Ace. Today I grabbed a Peace tea out of cooler, went to pay before we did our shopping. It rang up 2.48. I said " oh my goodness, that's a bit high for Peace Tea". The girl at register never spoke. No thank you, no how's your day, nothing. Just handed me my receipt. I go find my husband and mentioned the price. He told me there's a sign with price on cooler .99. We were leaving and I went her register
( Rehanna ) and told her I needed to get a refund difference for the tea. I will not go into detail but she was again not professional. She said, and I quote, " first of all, it's not a refund, and you need to go down to the other register. At this point I asked for a manager. I have NEVER been talked to so rudely by an Ace staff member.
I would like to add, Oscar handled the transaction absolutely wonderful. It was so bad, we were leaving and another customer commented about her unprofessional attitude. She even had a smirk on her face like I was wasting my time asking for manager. Which honestly, he wasn't the most polite we've dealt with at Ace. Didn't recognize him from previous visits.
