If I could give a lower rating I would. We constantly have to fight to get my husbands seizure medications. They tell us a different excuse every time!! This is a life and death medication situation!! We are done with them and going somewhere else. Had to call corporate when they said they couldn’t help us on getting the meds somewhere else then corporate found they had them in stock. Someone from the pharmacy then called saying corporate was wrong and while I told them this is a life or death medicine they miraculously found a month worth! They don’t know what they have! Do better if you are gonna be dealing with medicines that keep people alive or find a new profession!

I preferred the older phone message where all you had to do is enter your prescription number and not have to listen to a list of medications that I didn't call for a refill on.

This store is poorly run store. The security door inside was down and everyone had go in drive thru. Look like lazy people at the pharmacy. They could have used another register. Pure laziness ....

To no fault of the pharmacist why does it not open earlier, I’m at work in huge amounts of pain and hardly able to breathe I really wish I could get/take my medicine b4 work but instead I must suffer all day because the pharmacy doesn’t open till 9

I love this CVS pharmacy. The staff is always super friendly and professional. They go out of their way to find rx scripts or manufacturers' coupons to save you money. I read the negative reviews, and if you're having a problem with auto-refill, they can't do anything about that. You need to unsubscribe online or the app. As far as the rude customer service, I've never experienced it, even in line inside the store, I have seen them have the utmost patience and professionalism with the rudest customers. They always take care of me and my family. Plus, they love my dog, and she loves her treats.

My local CVS. The pharmacy staff is awesome. Always friendly. Always fast service. They send texts to let me know when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Recommend highly.

I had to pick up medicine that was called in by my doctor yesterday. WOW!!! CVS Pharmacy on the south side of Canyon Lake let me know that it was ready within the hour of talking to my doctor? Although I am sure that this cannot always be the case depending on how busy they are, I still find them AMAZING!!! They are very kind and always help me find what I need and for some reason I always feel better when I leave that place? I am sure that the coupons always help with that too ? THANK YOU CVS
