The front of the house staff are always super nice and helpful. The store is generally clean and stocked. This weekend when I walked into the store it smells like mold. I asked if they have had a water leak - I was told that when it rains water comes through the front doors. It was super hard to stay in the store at all. Literally was hard to breathe. I fear for your teammates and your guests.

The pharmacist is uneducated and rude and had miss correct information and has no phone skills or adequate.

What a waste of my time going to this CVS! Went here because it was listed as the only one within 20 miles that had a sleeping aid I was looking for. The two guys in the pharmacy tried to help but didn't have the knowledge and called the store manager to assist me. Well she never showed up and seeing it was 2.other customer and myself I left. The customer service really sucks and the want you to find everything on your own then check yourself out.

Went in for passport photos. Very rude employee who informed me that she had too much to do already. Condescended to take my picture, didn’t ask if I wanted extra copies, said she had no idea how long it would take, and walked off. Very unpleasant experience and very rude employee.

CVS in canyon lake is a nice convenient place to stop and get anything from sunscreen, medicine, panty hose, or a cold soda

CVS provides an easy method for getting photos made locally. The attendant was very helpful and experienced with the equipment. They say a little help goes along way and Joseph was way more than a little helpful. Thanks much for your patience and experience!

Rude employee in pharmacy drive through... I know it's hard to find good help but cvs can do better. I can't wait for an HEB to pop up here so I don't have to deal with it. If it weren't for my insurance giving us discounts and extended refills I wouldn't even get my scripts there.

Avoid Mary at all cost if you want to be treated nicely. As I was speaking to the manager off to the side while Mary was checking customers out, she kept yelling at me from across the store. Then she would turn to the customers and tell them unkind words to them about me. I will never be back at the store again. I know it’s not a threat to this store or this company but maybe and just maybe other people will think twice before going back to the store and before I end this rant, they say they don’t scan QR codes for Amazon to return items but I spoke to the CVS hotline, while reporting Mary, and they state they do. They are just store that does not want to do their job.

This place needs to learn customer service. Got a text that my prescription was ready, went to pick it up, waited in line for 15 minutes to find out that it wasn't ready because they were still out of that particular medicine. When informed that my prescription was ready, the lady told l said, "Well I don't know who texted you but it wasn't us." Guess it's the random number that's been texting me every time I have a prescription at this CVS the last few years
