Having to have a redelivery for every package that won’t fit into slot! This time it’s for a box of tissues ?♀️Asking all vendors to use UPS or FedEx so I don’t have these recurring issues. They are supposed to drop at the location of choice if they’re too big for the package slot as confirmed with USPS.Why does a redelivery work?Problem is with carrier @ AltoLago.

I am a traveler and have been to this office two times and have received fast and pleasant service, special thanks to Pam and Carlos who went above and beyond!

USPS gets a bad rap, I think people are much more likely to post a negative review when something goes wrong, especially when it comes to mail, which I get.I had a great experience at this location, Monica was awesome: friendly, and she was helping people at the front and in line at the same time. Also the people in line were very nice, so that's a positive too.Anyways, next time you have a good experience at USPS, how about leaving a positive review?

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low here. I went in to ship a package from an ebay return and Carlos was super helpful. I only waited in line 5mins or so and the entire process took 15 mins just because I needed some extra tape on my package. I'll use this location again.

Could I leave zero Stars.... I wish I could.... What can you say,... It's a sad story and everyone hates the post office. When you drive 30 minutes to pick up a package because someone was stupid enough to ship it through United States postal service 3:58 and they have everything closed. They know you're there to pick up a package and then other people work. You knock and ask if you can get your package... They say they close at 4. You tell them you drove 30 minutes and they say they don't care on their clock it's 4 pmPATHETICPATHETICPATHETIC

Does USPS 78133, not ever deliver to actual addresses at all? Even for premium services? Example, if I pay for delivery, signature required; am I supposed to sit at the neighborhood cluster-box and wait for the mailman to arrive? Someone is at my residence 24 hours most days; and 100% when package expected. Why do we have to pay more than regular postage rates if they don’t even deliver at all?

Constantly getting others mail. Even when I put it back into the outgoing they repeatedly put it back in our box with the mail that has the correct address. Have received keys for packages that were not mine MULTIPLE times and had to take time off my lunch break to return them to the post office since you cant properly secure them back inside the cluster boxes. This is the 3rd time I've not received a package that was marked delivered. I've never dealt with such garbage trying to simply get my mail! This is ridiculous.

I've had a few issues with delivery out here in the country (not leaving small packages?) but have always been kindly served by our mailwoman Fawn and the staff at our Canyon Lake post office. IMO, one of the better government operations in our area.

Typical day at the USPS office in Sattler (Canyon Lake) Dream hours, 9 to 4 weekdays, 10 to noon Sat. Dream pay \\u0026 benefits, minus the work. No one at the counter as we come to do their job. They don’t deliver packages. They hold them hostage until you come do their job for them and pick them up.

Im very upset due to the post office in canyon lake doesn't deliver to my house on small packages, i live 1/8 of a mile from my mail box and they cant deliver, also twice this happened on losing my packages and also not receiving a package tracking number that i found out from my family way later on. Very annoying dealing with these problems and definitely wish they have the wrong employees that deliver packages and mail. It takes me almost 20 minutes to make it to canyon lake post office then about 10 minutes to get packages while i work night shifts and the schedule hours are very offon the post office, i wish amazon doesn't deal with the post office also.

Had a pink slip stating package too large for mailbox. Drove to P.O., Gave slip to counter person and he asked me what kind of truck I was driving, and the other guy at counter started laughing. He said he was sorry that he taught him that. Inside joke??I looked at him baffled at what he just asked me. I knew package was mattress topper and he came back from back of the office and asked me if my vehicle was large enough for a bed. I said yes and he pointed a direction and told me to meet him at side door. The only side door I saw was the outer door to parking lot so I waited for him but no one came. Went back in and the other guy said there was another door that I didn’t see. He then appeared with the item on dolly and said to take it and leave dolly at same door. No offer to help load it.I had no idea this item was being shipped USPS or I wouldn’t have ordered it. They seem perturbed I was even there and we’re not helpful and this is not the first time I’ve had complaints with this office. Never a good experience.

Customer Service has become a thing of the past for most corporations today but it’s even more frustrating/ridiculous when its been completely eliminated from a organization whose employees participate-in/receive their benefits from the “Civil-Service” (aka Public-Service) side of government. Try calling into any post office today and you get an ongoing automated system that is capable of identifying words like “representative” while continuing to route you back and forth from one automated message category to another. Where is the “Public-Service” in that? And what’s even more agitating is, I was calling today at their prompt, simply trying to confirm if the certified package I’ve been instructed I need to sign for, is something worth driving the 30-miles/40-minute round trip (i.e. considering they won’t drive the 1.3 miles to drop at my home) or if it’s some sort of garbage solicitation as I’ve had done to me in the past. Thanks USPS for always going the extra mile to serve us everyday citizens.(Note: I understand this may be a national problem, outside the control of local representative but really, how hard would it be to just add a local phone number to your google page?)

My driveway is not a backing hazard! Please just give me my packages. It is Christmas and you won’t deliver our presents. Isn’t that supposed to be the service that you provide?!

Not sure why they have bad reviews but they are awesome. Super friendly and clean. We will be back and thank you. Plenty of options to chose from while we’re here. Thank you
