Monday mid morning. Walked in to make a money transfer. Tellers can’t help you. You must talk to a banker. You cannot make an appointment. Second in line, first person in line has been waiting for 30 min. They were not happy. I left, still 2nd in line, after I sat and waited for another 25 minutes…..Listening to the available banker, with his door open, chibber jabber with their customer…. Wow!We noticed it wasn’t much about banking… I drove 9 miles to the next WF.Almost 30 years with WF. Can’t deal with this in a small town bank…Not looking for a reply back from bank saying they are sorry…

My personal experience had been great thus far. I was looking to see what time they opened and their rating caught my eye. Being in a business myself that depends a lot on reviews, I have a pretty good understanding of how many satisfied vs not, will leave a review, it's 1 in 30 vs 1 in 3. Thank you for making my experience a hood ine

The ladies here got me a much needed, sizeable bank draft at the drive-thru (due to me not participating in the corona ritual). They are always home-town friendly. And now the lobby's open for those who still like to breathe air.

One teller....people waiting in the drive up lanes....5 people waiting in line inside.....terrible staffing and planning at this location! I hope this is a temporary issue for this branch.

Absolutely one of the worst bank branches. Started the business account process end of December. Here we are mid January and they still cant get it done. Banking 101. The branch manger is hardly ever there, doesn't respond to email and definitely doesnt follow up on her word. Simply trying to open up a basic business bank account and here where we had to literally walk out because of the amount of time it was taking. This is unbelievable how incompetent this person is. I would love a senior person to reach out as this is unacceptable

Wells Fargo Bank is by far the best financial institution I have ever done business with. I scheduled an appointment for today to replace my debit card due to unusual activity on my account. Corina Garcia went above and beyond the call of duty to address all my issues. I will definitely recommend Wells Fargo Bank to all my friends and colleagues.

I called the customer hotline, but the banker couldn't help me, so I asked to speak to his supervisor, but she told me I should use a check book and cost me $250 in overdraft fees. If you like a bank that steals from their customers, this is the bank for you.

This bank/location needs to get it together. Today when my husband went to the bank I gave him cash to deposit into my bank account with my debit card (when you're doing just a deposit without a balance you don't need to have ID or a pin#) they refused to deposit the money into my acount without him being able to punch in my pin inside and later in the drive thru on his way out of town. Not once has this location or any other asked for that when I have had my mother go do a deposit for me or myself. They aren't even supped to ask you your pin in the drive thru it's a private number you don't share so what in the world was the problem today. They are so inconsistent with their procedures and customer service. Another occasion was when I was trying to deposit a check for my business it was written out to my company not me personally so they told me I needed my DBA for proof to cash the check. Got my DBA went back another day to cash it and they told me they couldn't cash the check even though I had my DBA I had to open up a business account which I tried months prior and couldnt because something went wrong with my credit check on their end, so they told me to call the 3 major credit bureaus to see what the problem was, the credit bureaus told me nothing was holding me back from being able to open a bussiness account, called the manager and left a message with him and never heard back from him. So now that I couldn't cash my check at my own bank I endorsed it to my mom and she was able to cash it easily at her bank. Why is that? I'm just going to go ahead and close my account with wells fargo and bank else where. Good grief.

Really? You won't give me rolls of coins or exchange my larger bills for smaller ones because I don't have a business account? This is why I will never leave my FCU! Big banks suck!
