It's a great place to go get an item or two but they don't have the full selection like the bigger stores and their prices are three times higher and the sales people there are not very friendly

This particular Ace refuses to accept returns of products purchased at other Ace hardware stores. Don't support stores that are not customer friendly.

This is the only hardware store in town and their customer service is extremely poor. You’re never greeted when you walk in the door and are treated like garbage when you ask for assistance.
