To the guy who was working tonight around 10:30pm (March 7th 2025)
I walked in to buy some beer, i grabbed what I was going to purchase, brought it up to the register, had my wallet to present my ID, when the man with the 10 ginger hairs he has on his head pulled into a bun and ginger beard refused to sell to me because he “wasn’t putting up with this tonight” just cause I had a passenger in my car who didn’t come in. This was not the concern of mine, I politely offered to have my bf come into the store to show his ID as well, keep in mind I have my 2 year old in the back seat of our car which is why he didn’t come down to the gas station with me in the first place. The Cashier continued to tell me no and that he just wasn’t putting up with this tonight, he kept telling me to leave the store and have a good day with aggression and annoyance in his voice. I told him I had my son in the car which is why my bf stayed in the vehicle, but that he could come in (trade places with me) and show his ID, this man told me, “you can leave your baby alone in the car for 2 minutes.” this man was suggesting for both me and my bf to leave our son in the car alone while we made a purchase at the gas station.
I don’t care that I was denied the sale of beer, it was that comment that got to me about leaving my son in the car alone.
I didn’t argue, I wasn’t rude, I was polite the entire 5 minutes I was there, and he didn’t show any respect to me whatsoever.

Walked in at 1930 to buy some jerky and ask for a $5 bill and the rest $1's to pay for my daughter's fieldtrip. The man behind the counter didn't greet me as I walked in and played on his phone for a few seconds after I'd put down my purchase, ignoring me. He wordlessly rang my purchase up and I asked if he could make change. He literally said "I take yo money, but you gonna get what I give you." I asked him why, if I was making a purchase, I couldn't get the change I wanted and he just managed to say: "It don't work that way." The manager was sitting in the kiosk as well and was able to tell me that it depended on what was in the till. The man never opened the till to check and see if he could spare 10 $1 bills and a $5. At a convenience store on the busiest road in our town. The much smaller store on 8th street managed it with no problem. Won't be back here, employees and management are all almost too lazy to function, I have no idea how the store looks so nice, must be another crew. These people know only how to play on their phones and be rude.

Dude working was rude, just wanted a fresh burrito cause everything was old. They want you to pay inflated prices for some old inventory. When you ask for something fresh they cop attitude. 0 out of 10 experience.

If you're traveling at night or work the late shift stay clear of this allsups. Truly the worst customer service. Never nothing good to eat. Just save yourself time and find another allsups or TnT.

Do not recommend this Location. Very unorganized and in need additional training over their rewards program and cashier operations. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my smile reward for a free bread loaf but I was told I had 2 free loaves. I got the second one and they had troubles with the machine for over 5 minutes. When the transaction was finally complete, the cashier charged me for both loaves. It wasn’t worth the fight to get a refund. Try a different location or a different franchise all together.
