I’ve gone to this store a few times in the last year. The staff is always helpful. Today, Ethan was assisting me with a check engine issue. He pulled up the check engine problem on the computer, assisted not only with finding the right part, but also with sharing his knowledge and replacing the part. Although it turned out to be a simple replacement, I truly appreciated all of his knowledge and kindness. He went above and beyond, allowing me to get to my husband’s birthday dinner safely and on time. I could not have asked for better service. Ethan is a rockstar!

Had a dead battery. Went to autozone and said I wanted it tested but would need a new battery. Every other autozone I’ve ever been to has replaced the battery for me. But they said something about not being able to take the little cover off and that my truck needed a factory reset to register a new battery and they couldn’t do that. So they called the toot n totum on hunsley to see if they could put a battery in for me. I went there and after they put a new battery in I asked if they could explain better why autozone couldn’t do it. I told the man there what I had been told and he said they didn’t have to do any of that. If autozone just didn’t want to do it they should have just told me and I would have been somewhere else a lot sooner. I asked for the clarification because I was confused and my dad wanted updated to make sure it was just the battery and he was confused as well and didn’t understand what I was telling him the lady at autozone told me

I miss the days of good parts guys. I went in there looking for a part. Like some applications there is more than one fitment and it requires extra info, example a vin. In this case the parts guy knows too much and would not enter my vin for the correct part. He said I know what I’m doing, it won’t help. Well the screen says it could look up by a vin! He wouldn’t take the time to enter the vin to see if it helped, it likely could have given the correct part but no, he knows to much for that. I usually don’t do business with Autozone and this proved why I shouldn’t. Waste of my time even trying.

Great people work here! One day my alternator decided to stop working, and my battery was no longer charging. My car went into battery saver mode and I drove up to autozone in Canyon where they replaced the battery and alternator for me. They don’t know what a blessing that was for me. Had they not done that, I would not have been able to pick my kids back up from school. Highly recommend them!

I dont recommend coming to autozone, we came here for a part that we needed for our vehicle and the person that was working there didn't even bother looking for the part we needed he automatically said we don't have that here and that we would needed to order it online. He just went off his own thoughts without even checking. I recommend going to O'Reilly's we got better service there they looked for the light bulb we needed and the man working there at O'Reilly's even put the part for us.

Great experience, my son needed some wipers and wasn't sure which or how to even go about putting them on his new car. Adrian I believe his name was, was very helpful and even put the wipers on for him. ?
