The Best Western Palo Duro Canyon Inn & Suites offers a great location for those looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of a larger city like Amarillo. The staff is described as nice and professional, and the rooms are reported to be comfortable and clean. Guests have had an excellent stay and plan to return. The rooms are very nice, though the towels could be better. Nearby, there are restaurants, coffee shops, and convenient stores within walking distance, including a great steakhouse right next door and a Dollar General across the street. The area is well-lit and secure, with no loitering, and the hotel is conveniently located near West Texas A&M University. Breakfast is described as great, though the vending machines could use some improvement. The mattresses have been an issue for some guests, with complaints about the springs and comfort. This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere, the rooms are extremely clean and spacious, the staff are super friendly and attentive , I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area !!!!

Very nice, clean location. Breakfast was average employees were extremely friendly. Pool is very small.
