Coffman treated us great, excellent customer service. Did everything they could to get us back on the road. Price was fair, didn't feel like I was over charged or taken advantage of. Staff was very nice and Brent helped us get a RV spot close and hauled our camper over there for us. Can't say enough nice things about Coffman.

Kaufman Customs is hands-down the best transmission shop in Amarillo. They know what they’re doing, don’t waste time, and get it done right the first time. I brought my truck in for a TCM adaptive reset and they handled it fast and professionally. You can tell they really understand high-performance diesel setups. If you want real results and no BS, this is the place to go.

I am a 19 year old female, and hit something on the highway on my way out of Amarillo heading home to Roswell. I was freaking out because I live 3 hours away. Thank goodness this is where I pulled over. Lisa, Brent, and Trinity were so helpful and kind. They were able to get me back on the road safely after checking my car for any damages.

Wow wow wow!! My little Camry decided that it didn’t not like to turn anymore and I haven’t used a mechanic in years! I didn’t want to take my car to the dealership because I just don’t know them or trust them! Thankfully, Coffman Customs now works on gas vehicles! Needless to say, my mind was put at ease knowing I can take my car to them and know it will be taken care of! Gecovey and his team are good honest people! Thanks again y’all!! 🥹🫶🏼 my car is driving great now!

We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! We were camping in Palo Duro Canyon, and we had a check engine light. We called every diesel repair company in Amarillo, everyone said “oh sorry, you can check in 2-3 weeks” when we leaved in 2 days. All except Coffman Customs, even though their schedule was tight, they fit time to repair our truck.
They are so friendly and so efficient!

if you need transmission work , find a shop that doesn't do transmissions as a sideline. had these guys reman my factory 68rfe to what they claim was a Revmax. the trans failed within 60,000 miles and that was with coffman doing a service. took the truck back and they tore the trans down and said a snap ring broke into several pieces. brent said it was not usually replaced as part of the reman. kept my truck for four months. after 100,000 more miles and another coffman service it has failed again. i decided to try a real transmission shop. they tore it down and told me the same snap ring broke again. BTW, they told me there weren't many Revmax parts in the coffman transmission and why would coffman reuse a factory weak link in their supposedly bullet proof trans? well i'm about $20,000.00 wiser to these guys, never again will they see my truck. also, who are all these out of towners getting their vehicles in and out and happily on down the road?

I took my performance truck to Coffman Customs on March 10, 2024. I didn’t know what was wrong with it at the time. I was told it would be a month before he could look at it and I was okay with this. 2 months pass and no news.
In May I started to go every two weeks due to never receiving any updates. Finally in June they decided to take a look at it and figured out it had a boost leak. From that point on I would have to go in and ask if my truck was being worked on every 2weeks. From the middle of June to September 10, they worked on my truck with very little to no progress other than him telling me he put a new wastegate on. I finally grew tired of having to physically show up to the shop for an update “if any”. After talking to him a final time on Sept. 10, I decided to get my truck the next day and pay the bill I owed, On Sept 11, I went to the shop and asked for my truck. Got in and they left all my gauges unhooked.
