Had to stop using them after over 12 years, service kept going down and down. Did not even try to understand why i thought i wasnt getting good service, one person told me they know they dont provide good service and left it there. Hard to get people to assist with anything and everything never works right. Do not bank here

This is going to be a really honest review and to be honest, I think the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of Crystal. She is the ONLY one at the Canyon branch who knows how to work with people and is very kind. So this is to everyone but her. Today, I was literally standing in line to deposit the extra money to make a payment and had to wait 15 minutes. I was the only one in the lobby. I then deposited the money and asked if the payment had come through yet, and they say no. I go to my car and check the app. They had RETURNED the payment literally 3 minutes before I deposited the cash. I have the money to make the payment and they say they will “do it this one time” and return the fee they charged. Seriously? I’ve been with the bank over 4 years and NEVER had a return payment. I think doing this for me is what should be done considering I was IN LINE to deposit more money when they returned it. However, now they won’t allow the payment to go through and say I have to call the other place to get the payment to go through. I know this is not true and they can still send the payment. Will they though? Absolutely not. Their favorite thing to do it say it’s not their problem and tell you to call the other place. How about you do YOUR job and send them the money because I literally have it in my account! I would apologize for the rant, but sadly this isn’t the first time the bank has made an error and chosen not to fix it. So if they allow the payment to go through, I might change my review. However, I’m 99% sure they won’t because they won’t even answer the phone when I KNOW they are still in the lobby. I’m so glad to be switching banks and this experience just confirmed I made the right choice. I highly recommend you bank literally ANYWHERE but here.

Needs a better way than calling to add your card to Samsung pay/apple pay. Have to call for each device (phone and watch and presumably for a tablet) could be an email to verify email or some way through the app. Just seems to waste time calling for something else that could be more important

The location in Canyon is completely inept. I'm the only customer at the bank and still takes 20min to simply make a deposit. Strongly recommend any other bank, this one sucks.

I've used this location for years and have always had good luck. Relatively recently a new girl was hired and she is most unpleasant to deal with. Very rude and condescending, you'll have a much better experience driving the extra miles to Amarillo.

I went to this location to refinance my truck. I had no previous experience with this credit union. I have to say that it was an overall great experience. Everybody that I dealt with was friendly. Jasmine and Jamie were the ladies that I dealt with directly for my loan and they were exceedingly helpful and friendly. I will be going back here for my next loan.
