I reserved a U-Haul truck and was notified two days before pick-up they could not fill my reservation and moved it to Hereford. The Hereford location took great care of me. I then called Rocking R to check on my moving supplies and they stated my reservation # was under a different name and date. Both the Hereford store and I are looking at the same information, but she is insistent I don't know what I'm talking about. I was trying to explain on the phone but could not because she kept talking (again...my fault), so i finally hung up. So I wait for the next day it was suppose to be picked up and go in person. They have no supplies available. The young man working there is doing the best he can to help but this is beyond is control. Rocking R Storage...you failed on your part completely!!!

Lack of three stars because of the royal hassle we went through to get our uhaul. The address on the website isn’t updated, so we couldnt even figure out its actual location. Figured out where it was, but because the address was wrong, we couldn’t check in. It literally took us 30 minutes just to figure out where we were supposed to be. One star cuz they did have our truck ready and it was easy check in. One star cuz we figured it out. Take 3 minutes and update your address with uhaul. Please.

Scheduled to pick up a tow dolly at 8am. We get there and there are no UHauls at all! Called and they just transfer me to UHaul with no explanation or anything. Ended up having to drive back into Amarillo to a different location to rent one.

My daughter in law has been given the hardest time with these people, on top of them being VERY VERY RUDE, they talk as if they are unsure of what they are saying and are not wanting to listen. Very unprofessional people and when you try to go talk to them in person, they are closed. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!! Make the drive to Amarillo instead.

Despite us running late to pick up our UHaul rental, we were treated wonderfully with a morningdose of comedy. EXCELLENT customer service and equipment quality.

I didn't get to use them, the guy that I spoke with wouldn't rent me a unit. He told me that a guy had said he may be interested in renting that unit next week. I was in a tight spot and had cash in hand, yet he wouldn't help me out. He wasn't rude or anything. It just doesn't make sense to me on a business level to turn down business for a "maybe" later. I took my business to Wirtco about a mile away. They were happy to take my money and rent me a unit.
