I had called and spoke to (i believe) John, he was so helpful and extremely nice even though I wasn’t 100% sure what i was talking about given i’m not super savvy when it comes to cars. when i got there he explained it more to me and got my car in almost immediately without an appointment, i only waited about 45 minutes for the service. he treated me with so much respect and never once made me feel incompetent, the prices were also extremely fair for new & used tires in my opinion. i’ll for sure be going back for my tire needs!

This place was great, we called a few minutes before closing and they fit us in right before they closed. We actually showed up past their time and still did it didn't have to but they did. Thank you for all that helped us.

A big thank you to John and Mitch. These gentleman offered to stay late and waited on us to arrive to repair a flat tire and get us on our way out of town and back home. Thank you Tire Tree for helping our family out in a time of need with your outstanding service!

Matt put my new tires on and one went flat in the driveway immediately, then shortly after 2 others went flat due to bad valve stems. He also put brakes and rotors on and that has been a disaster as well. My car makes more noise and constantly squeezes so bad that everyone stares at me parking or at lights. It vibrate badly and now my dash light says maintenance tires. My book says it's out of line or not balanced properly therefore ruining the new tires. Matt did this work after business hours in the tire tree shop but since he did it after hours tire tree does not stand behind it. So watch who you get to do the work because my car has never been worse and this after hours procedure has cost me even more. I am a single woman on .disability and after trying to get a hold of him to fix this he is avoiding and hiding from his responsibility of the damage he has caused me only showing his fault in this all. So pay attention to who does the work on your vehicle because Matt only damaged mine more than fix anything.

We had a valve stem extender shear off on my camper van’s inner rear tire. We called them from the highway and they stayed open late to help us out. Jon and his team are top notch!!

Strange cue. Bit awkward parking for trailers. Weird payment process... not many smiles. but they had skid steer tires n stock at right price.

Excellent customer service! These guys went above and beyond in getting the tires we needed for our trailer after we had a blowout and even traveled to another location to get a matching rim for us.

I needed a flat repaired. They got me in and out quickly. I had my toddler with me and every employee was friendly - smiling at him and talking to him. They even offered me bubbles and coloring books.

I was in full panic mode this morning, when I tried to leave Canyon for my job in Amarillo at 5:40 this morning, yet had a completely flat tire.
I called Tire Tree when they opened, and John was very nice, patient and helpful!! He assured me that he would get someone out to me shortly….and he did! Christian came to my house promptly, took my tire back to the shop for a patch, and had me on the road in no time! Christian was very kind, polite and efficient! (Thank you for getting my tire back to me so fast!)
Had I called the big “discount shop” in Amarillo, they would’ve tried to sell me an unnecessary tire. (and I would’ve had to call an Uber to get there.)
I want to thank John and Christian so much for helping this old lady out, for being so kind and for taking so much stress out of my morning!! Thank you, guys!! 😊😊

I bought I two tires from the tire tree in two months. They went bad after talking to the owner. He made it right so if you need tires, make sure you go to the tire tree because they do stand behind their tires Thanks again for helping me.
