Very efficient passport appointments. Well worth the drive from Amarillo for the great customer service.

This post office needs change of managers and supervisors. I have used multiple and this is by far the worst one. Just moved to this area and we are consistently getting all of our neighbors mail and vice versa and we have even received empty packages. I honestly believe they could care less if you get your mail or not.

I haven’t had a lot of problems except when the USPS delivers a package and puts it on my porch. They put the mail with the package instead of putting the mail in the mailbox. My mail has been blown all over my porch and who knows where else. We have windy weather here all the time. I have several heavy rocks on the porch…. Could you at least put a heavy rock on top of the mail you leave exposed to the wind on my porch?

First of all, this building is not ADA compliant. Secondly, how does a package that is supposed to be delivered in Canyon end up in Dimmitt, even after being sent to Canyon?!!

Constantly delivers to the wrong address or "loses" packages. I don't believe anyone can be that incompetent for so a prolonged period. The trends I've seen so far are indicative of theft from either their delivery drivers, post office employees, or both.

I can’t believe the encounter I just had with one of their mailman. I had a huge bin of prepaid packages so I parked close to the back of the building to unload my packages. It took me no more than two minutes to jump out of my vehicle take my packages up to their bin and get back into my vehicle. As I’m getting into my truck a mailman was backing up his vehicle directly behind mine and parked so I was unable to back out. I know for a fact that he saw me getting back into my truck to leave. I waited for 15 mins as this man walked back and forth with packages and then walked inside and disappeared. I finally had to ask another person to please have him move the truck so I could leave. The guy said “well, that’s where he usually parks.” Then he went back inside and 5 minutes later the mailman came back out and finally moved his truck. I have never had to take any packages to the back of the building before. I didn’t see any sign saying that parking spot was for postal vehicles either. I just can’t believe how rude that man was to me. If I wasn’t allowed to park there then a simple “hey, you can’t parked there next time.” Would of been appreciated. I would never treat someone this way especially someone that didn’t know any better!

Ok, this makes me mad. I have had several packages destroyed becuase of the way they treat the packages. They have shoved box into the tiny mailbox that i have, instead of walk not even 50 ft to my front door. Like really. DO BETTER. Or my services are going to someplace else.

Some of the friendliest and hard working people you will ever meet. I have never had a bad experience at this post office. My husband and I run our own business from home and are constantly dropping off packages. Everyone is super helpful if we have any questions.

I have to give 5 stars to the Canyon Post Office. Even though the USPS as a whole has irritated or inconvenienced me many times, the Canyon branch employees have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. They communicate very well and follow up on any problems, doing their best to solve issues!

Awful. My mailman has put very expensive mail in other peoples mailboxes 5 times now and when I go up to the office to complain they tell me that I have the best mailman in the area. That is a cause for concern. If you can’t put mail in the correct mailbox you should not be a mailman, plain and simple. Worst post office I’ve seen in my 30 years of living

This office allowed a fraudulent address change to occur with out the box holders permission.

Deliveries always late or get a message that they attempted delivery but they never showed up. Guess USPS is not what it use to be.

I have lived in several places around the country and have found the postal service to be friendly, efficient, fast, and does a great job...except Canyon, TX. It is an absolute joke. Constant wrong deliveries and the waiting time to mail something at the office is ridiculous. It’s not the USPS; it’s just this office.
