I went to get my tire patched from a screw and we waited there the whole time and when it was done we saw one of the automotive techs/mechanics drive the car around the automotive parking lot flooring it and driving it recklessly. I called the manager and she said they always drive like this to make sure the lug nuts are tight but all the times I’ve gotten my tires fixed I’ve never seen anyone test drive it after at all. I hope management and this young man figure it out before they find out the hard way.

Avoid at all cost. Over torqued the drain plug in two of my vehicles. One had to have the oil pan replaced and the manager paid out of pocket to avoid anyone getting in trouble. Other literally wouldn’t come off with an impact. They got it loose but definitely should never be that tight. They have no idea what they are doing whatsoeverService: Oil change

I specifically asked the auto employee if the pit crew oil change included checking tire pressure because my tire pressure light was on (even though I had just paid for tire repair a week earlier) and he said yes. By the time I got home, my tire pressure light was still on, and so I checked them, and they were all low, regardless of the fact that it said on the invoice that they had been checked, and were all stated to be at 33 psi. They straight up lied. If they lie about checking something they know i have already specifically asked for, what else are they not actually doing? I don't even know if I actually got the oil change, because the new sticker they put on the inside of my windshield was hand written with a marker. Seriously it's a joke.

We've had no issues with the tire service until this year. I had a nail on the wall of my tire, which i knew was unrepairble and was quoted with a change of $30.00 with the warranty. The rep knew they were out of stock on the tire, but the had the replacement model. I got up there and waited over an hour to get the tire changed. When they called my name, they told me $50.00 more than I was expecting. The rep stated she said it depends on the tire tread among other things and that's what she quoted me on the phone asshe was mumbling this. If rep stated this it at the time of the phone call, she started mumbling as well. We put the donut back on. We went to discount tire and they stated with their warranty, they would've fixed me up with a new tire UNDER WARRANTY. Never will do car care at Walmart again. They've lost our business.

Went to replace my tires here and they had told me to my face “oh sorry we can’t put this type of tire pressure sensor in you will have to take it somewhere else”. Come to find out they had broke the sensor and just didn’t want to tell me to my face. They offered to put in a new one for free, but they should have bought me a new one and put it in for free. Very displeased with the way they handle this situation. I respect honesty and owning up to mistakes, because I understand mistakes happen, but at least be honest with your customers. I will not take my business here again.Service: Auto tire replacement

I have had 3 sets of tires put on my cars and SUVs in the last month. The first 2 times were great. On the last set, I had the spare on the vehicle. I asked if they would put it and the jack back in it's rack. They said yes, but when I was leaving, I noticed that the spare was thrown into the back seat on the upholstery. At that point, I didn't have time to go back in, so I put them up myself and cleaned the upholstery when I got home. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars.

Customer service is pretty much an afterthought here and the staff appears highly disorganized; resulting in longer than necessary waits.

Had a flat tire and they closed the doors at 5:30p. I seen two workers inside and they did not acknowledge me for 30 minutes through the door. They then told me that they were closed.
