No one even at the store 10 minutes after opening. I have work at 8:15 and now won’t be able to have breakfast because someone can’t get out of bed and do their job

I do recommend the store the manager is real rude to her customers it looks down at you bad service.

I returned 2 item that were $1 a piece and had my original receipt. The sales clerk couldn’t do a refund so she hollered to someone else to help. He hollered back that he was counting money. After a few verbal exchanges the clerk went to the back to get someone else. That girl came to the register with the look of I’m bothering her. Without smiling or acknowledging me, she did the refund. However, I was given $1 for one item and .75 cents for the other. They were both listed on the receipt as $1. I asked her for the other .25 cents. She said she could not give it to me because the computer said so. We discussed the transaction a bit then I asked for a manager. According to her, she WAS the manager. She reinstated that that was what the computer said and she could change it. I reminded her that I would not be able to leave owing them money. I’ve never dealt with such a rude and mean person.
She doesn’t need to be representing the store. Lots of other Dollar General. I won’t be back.

Short blonde hair manager punk likes to smoke cigarettes infront of the store while customers are walking in and out with kids. He's very unprofessional and and it's very rude to do that with children around. Is this something Dollar General tolerates? Something needs to be done!!Forgot to mention the ADULT conversations the prick like to have. Dollar General, if you'd like to know I urge you to contact me.

I guess they just use random pictures cause that's not the dollar store here. Not my issue just thought id say that. My issue is more than half the time there is nobody at the register. I understand there are more parts of the job than just the register but when you can't even find someone to come to the register it's a little ridiculous. They have a self checkout but it only takes cards so if you have to pay with cash be prepared to wait a bit until someone actully comes up to the front. Also check the dates on things your buying because multiple times I've bought stuff not realizing it's been out of date for a bit.

Nice friendly hard workers always greet me with a smile. ONly thing is THEY..DO NOT SHARE THE CUSTOMER INTERNET WIFI. IT WILL LET YOU CLICK ON IT BU IT WILL NEVER LET ME ON NOR ANYONE I KNOW ????!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN FIVE STARS IF NOT FOR THAT . oh and they get mad at you if you drive on their rocks .

Love the people and the store. Always greeted with a friendly hello and smile. Store is so convenient and saves many a trip into town (San Angelo).

They don't check their products expiration dates and leaves moldy drinks on shelves for customers to purchase. They wouldn't let me return the moldy juices.

We went shopping there and are apple juice had mold in it when we got home so we came to exchange it and they wouldn’t allow us to even thou they know we were there not even 30 minutes ago. So even with them seeing the mold and knowing we bought it at there store they would allow us to take it back. So if would like moldy drinks this is your place to go.
