absolutely WORST service. Nothing ever loads, "High-speed internet" is just their term for "no connection" and on top of that, I was supposed to get charged for my cell phone auto payment on the 30th, it was due the 30th as per the notifications/alerts I was getting yet I was charged the morning of the 29th. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. I was even going to change serviced because it's the worst, messages/pictures won't load or send, internet is slow and almost non existent, but now i'm stuck with them for another month smh.. I've had enough of this crappy cell phone company. And to add to that, i can never speak to anyone when I call, and i always need to submit my pin yet i always have to change it (which takes forever) because although i write it down, it still doesn't go through. i can never speak to an actual person no matter what and either get dropped from the call or i'm on hold for hours. THE WORST. I have been paying $60 a month for nothing, might as well get better service some place else. don't waste your time with AT&T.

This was our first visit to this AT&T as we are from the Bastrop area. When we walked in it felt like an oven…it was so hot in the store. Apparently the owner asks for the employees to keep the AC off. I guess he doesn’t care how uncomfortable it is for customers and his employees! Diane , despite the working conditions, gave us great service!!! .The younger lady that was there was lacking work ethic and was more interested in being on her own phone. We were the only customers in the store and we were there for 3 hours because of that! Thank you Diana for handling the issue!!

This is a very helpful and understanding location!! They stayed late to help me transfer everything over to my new phone and answered ALL my questions! The store is spacious and has a friendly atmosphere every time I visit
