I've been a loyal customer since 2011. Although last year the H&R block office moved from Eagle Pass to Carrizo Springs, the agents have made it an easy transition. Very friendly and professional.

Called several times to get an appointment. First scedualded appointment canceled because the lady got sick, second appointment got canceled because she had to have surgery ( very understandable we are not mad at her by any means ). Then they said they would get back to us with another time, we called them several times, and left messages. No one ever called us back. Finally we just went to Laredo to do our taxes.
