I recently had the pleasure of visiting Metro, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The standout feature of my visit was the remarkable service provided by a manager named Diana. From the moment I entered the store, Diana greeted me with a smile. Her extensive knowledge of the store's products and layout was evident as she effortlessly guided me through the aisles, offering helpful suggestions and answering all my questions with expertise. Diana's attention to detail was truly impressive; she went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, making the shopping experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. Her exceptional customer service skills and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart. I left Metro feeling incredibly satisfied and grateful for Diana's outstanding assistance, and I highly recommend visiting this store to experience her remarkable service firsthand.

Very nice store in our small town the manager Diana is as well very nice she was very informative with what ever I asked her. She got me everything I needed in only one visit without having to call back or go back. Her service was exceptional in my personal opinion. Really recommend if you want top notch service ask for Diana. Recommend by my part for sure.

This place is GARBAGE !!!! Wanted to switch over to this service and Kevin the Rep who was helping us was wonderful in answering questions until the Manager Diana literally shoved him out of the way and decided that treating him as if he was incapable to handle the task and took over and literally screwed our services up an when she was confronted with an issue she literally walked out the store without fixing the issue her customer service is one of the reasons this store will soon close because of the bad service she provides.. Reps are amazing it is sad that she literally is so rude to them and belittles them in front of customers . Its people like her that don't belong in customer service . Shame on the Company for allowing a woman of that Character to run their company. I will be calling the BBB and letting them know about how the workers are treated and that no matter what they say that they continue to be threatened with their jobs and from what she said in her words was " they just need to shut up and do what they are told to do" that is employee abuse and should not be tolerated in any work environment.Shame on the fact that people continue to stay at this job because there are not many jobs here in this small town that this Diana lady thinks that gives her the right to people like that . I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Went to this store this after noon and this nice lady diana attended meshe was so helpful at the store. She help me choose the perfect phone for my sister wich i can pay in payments. I didn’t even know you could do that at metro.Thank you diana!

The manager at metro is very rude & she didn’t wanna hire me or interview me all cause I didn’t know Spanish well & so she just told me to leave, she made me feel ugly for not knowing Spanish and I felt discriminated.

Diana, I thank you very much for helping me. Yesterday when I went to the store, the way he treated me was very nice to me. I went and entered this store and Mrs. Diana greeted me very kindly. She not only sold me a new line plan but also spoke to me as if we had been friends for 10 years. He spoke to me with a kindness that was a very kind experience. 10 out of 10 I recommend that you go and if you meet Mrs. Diana Vera, she is very kind. I am very happy with my new line. ❤️

Had a bad experience at this metro store I was going to swtich company but the way the lady explained it didn't make any sense. She couldn't even explain what I asked I just rather stay with cricket!!!! They need people who knows there job
