“I went in to see if anyone could help me with my device and Amanda went above and beyond to try and get my device going. She had patience and never failed to smile the whole time i was there. She recommended me to upgrade which i did and even tho she looked defeated she still smiled threw it and got me my phone. Amanda has great customer service and manager skills shes one to keep”
