They go above and beyond, such as delivering tools to customers in need. Although they may not carry every item, like propane, they are always willing to guide customers to where they can find what they need. Overall, K C True Value is a business that values customer service.

We called this business to see of they delivered, they delivered a miluakee impact to us on the side of the road because our makita wasn't cutting it. Brian and the woman that answered the phone were extremely helpful and nice. Brian delivered it to us on the side of the road. 10/10 business I'd shop there just to support... read full comment
