I purchased my vehicle from Dallas Auto Center at the end of April 2022 with salesman Cesar, because I needed a work vehicle... A week or so prior we test drove the vehicle, and after continuous searches they had the best deal and communication with Cesar was fine... Communication after the sale wasn't.. AFTER purchasing the vehicle they needed more proof of my residence (utility bill, mortgage, etc) since I had moved within the last 6 months, ok no problem.. I sent a utility bill to Cesar, but he kept stating he didn't receive it.. I guess Red is Cesar's boss so he contacted me and I explained I sent the information a few times to Cesar... I sent the exact same information, (forwarded) to Red and he received it immediately, wow.. Next issue was the oil light came on within a couple of days so we had to take the vehicle back to them to get the light turned off, and we noticed tiny red specks of paint or something on the hood that we missed when purchasing the vehicle... They fixed the oil light (turned it off) and put touch up paint on the red specks.. Ok, no more issues right?? WRONG... Guys when purchasing any vehicle, especially women, please ask if they can put the vehicle on the lift so you can look underneath the vehicle at the tires, rims, etc.. A week after purchasing the vehicle I went to purchase 2 new tires from Discount Tire (same Discount Tire I have been going to for years), and they explained the vehicle had a bent rim on the inside of the front passenger side; therefore, the tire would wear down quicker.. Including the one test drive and Discount Tire, we had only driven the vehicle 3 times.. I contacted Cesar and he stated there was nothing they could do cause people do that all of time (drive off the lot, bend the rim, and say it was like that when they purchased the vehicle)... I explained I test drove the vehicle, drove the vehicle back to you guys for the oil light and paint, and now to Discount Tire.. Cesar didn't do anything to help.. On to the next issue.. When we purchased the vehicle we gave them a copy of our insurance card, but that was the last day of our insurance on that card... We asked Cesar several times if that was ok because we could contact our insurance guy if not, and he said it wasn't a problem... 2 1/2 weeks later Cesar is asking for an updated copy of our insurance.. I told Cesar I would immediately send them the updated copy... Cesar claimed he was sending it to the bank as well, but over a month later I started getting calls and letters from the bank stating they didn't have my updated insurance and they will just add their insurance to my account.. I contacted Cesar several times and never received a response.. Thank God our insurance guy was working the weekend cause we were on vacation, and the rep from the bank was nice as well.. The rep from the bank stated he never received anything from Cesar or Dallas Auto Center regarding my insurance, and he was willing to wait until we were back from vacation for the updated insurance... Last issue was receiving plates for the vehicle after nearly 3 months.. I continuously contacted Cesar and stated the vehicle will be paid off in a month, and I don't have my plates.. He stated no to worry because if the paper tag expires we will just give you a new one.. I explained this was not acceptable, and I would like my plates.. His next response was they would be in soon, and I asked if the DMV was already notified regarding my plates; and he stated they had.. I contacted the DMV and they didn't have a record of the plates even being in their system, I was livid... I contacted Cesar, via text, and tried calling, but no response... I was a day away from contacting BBB when all of a sudden my plates came in the mail and expire in April of 2023.. Like they could have done something to where the plates expire in May of 2023, the 30th of April was a Saturday... I like my vehicle, but the communication at this business with Cesar afterwards is dissatisfying, maybe needed a different sales rep... If you decid

Purchased my second car from here. It was just as easy and smooth as the first time. Cesar was very helpful and super professional. I will continue to buy form these guys and recommend everyone looking for a very nice and clean car.

Do not buy car from this place. I bought a Audi R8 for 110k in 2018 and they gave me a car fax that didn't had the damage but now when I was trying to sell this car to a different dealer in 2022 the dealer pulled the car fax and it shows damage that was in 2016. They basically scammed me and now my car lost value because of this. I called the place to mitigate this issue and the manager of the dealer got mad and started yelling at me as I asked for a refund of the difference in value. These are expensive cars and getting scammed like this proves that you cannot trust these dealers. Buy at your own risk !

Bought my Lexus from here a couple of years ago at an amazing price, and have had no issues with the car. So when it was time to buy my wife a car, I shopped around but ended back here and where we found a beautiful Mercedes. Once again the price was extremely competitive and the quality far exceeded the options I had been shown at other lots within the range of this price. I've had the car a couple of months and took it to Park Place for a tune up, and turns out it had just received it's 60,000 mile service. So once again, was sold a car in immaculate condition at a price I was extremely satisfied with.

My sweety and I came here on a whim and it truly was a God send. Dijana was amazing from the time I called until the time she handed us the keys to our new vehicle.
