This 7/11 gives the corporation a very bad name. The Hispanic lady who claims she is a manager is very rude and knows nothing about customer service. She thinks that flirting with her male coworker and teasing him about his gf was more important than checking me out. Then got belligerent when I told her about herself. And refuse to serve me because she was in the wrong. Find new employees or risk your business going down!

Fix the damn restroom!! How do U have a public establishment for commerce, aka: a convenience store, where people come and go in numbers all day every day and not have a functioning restroom for customers. I’m not the type of person that complains, and every time I need to use a restroom, I’ll find a convenience store or gas station and only, only after I’ve used the restroom will I spend any money inside, I’m a truck driver, so I’m always on the move, but this is the 2nd time I’ve come to this particular 7-11 location, and frankly, U people are losing customers, and in consequence, revenue money, SO FIX THE DAMN TOILET!! Or I’ll just keep finding another location to spend my hard earned money!!

Please find a new staff, your cashier giving me advice on playing the lottery on time after having me wait 4 mins past the cut off time to fill hot dog buns and chat with her coworker really hit a nerve!!!! Then I remembered I’m dealing with a 7-11 cashier!

The cleanest bathroom I've ever seen that I didn't clean myself. Stellar. Franchisee, if you can read this; spend the money on a remodel. Your employees are doing you right and deserve it. Give them the new coffee brewers, the new slurpee machines, some new fixtures. There's tons you can do to give this store a facelift.The nice older woman with the Bob haircut deserves a raise.

Staff doesn’t know how to behave, especially that old lady who abuses customers, 7-11 needs to improve their employees and make sure they don’t give jobs to those who are frustrated all the time and doesn’t know how to behave, they don’t even know how to behave like a human and 7-11 giving jobs to them, crashed system.

I arrived at the 711 this morning, the cashier rings my items up, slides my stuff forward rudely...like can I have a bag sir? He proceeded to bag the item, he doesn't give me my total...no worries I see it and I swiped my card he offers no receipt. I leave with belongings..I'm in the car at least 2 mins..in reverse..and he runs out toy car..saying the payment didn't clear...wrong pin, like how d*** is it to wait till I'm in Mt car half way out the parking lot, to now want to complete the Job you should have done..while I was there????!!! He should choose another Job completely....this is not it...711 almost took a loss today....do better with your training or your hiring!!!

The morning shift is ridiculous there’s this one guy named Charlie that works. He doesn’t give you an opportunity to key your rewards in nor redeem them. And the fact that he acts like he doesn’t know how to go back. I had a redemption for 3 dollars and he bypassed it multiple times after I kept saying let me redeem them. He acts like he doesn’t speak nor understand English. He just does the most. He moves on his time all the time and it’s annoying. I hate it’s close by my house but I’ll rather go elsewhere if necessary.

I asked the employee for the code to the bathroom nicely and I told him to repeat what he said because he was talking with a low tone and he got upset and started saying “do you not speak or understand my language” and I was responded with “ I couldn’t understand your mumbling I just need the code to go in the bathroom sir” I don’t know if he was having a bad day or not but he should be respectful to customers.

I went to get some fews to because I got some change I had to let it go I gave the cashier to count it and so I dint have spend much more from my card she said she can’t that does not work here how rude and recist is that and ask me to leave am coming back to that 7 eleven anymore
