My experience with this store is the people are consistently nice and helpful. However, I have run across something that reeks of corporate greed in the past week. It's a minor thing, but these are the things corporations do hoping that no one will notice. I have to admit I'm addicted to their 2 pack of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies that are displayed at the front counter. 0n 05/17 I purchased a 2 pack. One cookie was indeed my favorite while the second cookie was a plain sugar cookie. Anyone can make mistakes so I enjoyed the second cookie. On 05/28, I purchased TWO 2 packs and the same thing. The cookie displayed in the packaging window was indeed white chocolate macadamia nut, the other cookie only visible when you open the package was a plain sugar cookie. Since sugar cookies are much cheaper to make and no doubt the profit margin is higher, I imagine that this was intentional since it happened on THREE different occasions more than a week apart. Either the store is trying to increase it's profit reports or 7-11 is fleecing customers into believing they are getting something they aren't. Lately this bait and switch process has been a common happening. Go to any fast food place and you'll notice the prices are higher but the portions are smaller. If the price of the cookies is not enough to put TWO of the cookies you buy in the same package, then charge more for the package. Stop trying to pee on our leg and tell us it's raining.

Love my store, it reminds me of another 7/11 I used to go to, staff nice and energetic, store is always clean have what you want from cars, spirits, to hot meals. Try it out!

I must address. The light skinned black guy that works there does not greet when coming in nor when leaving. He needs to work better on his customer service skills because it looks like he does not like his job or he is in the wrong profession. I went to QT and their customer service is supurb.

The chow looks good, not a common sight at most 7-11 joints. But watch out, those employees might be pulling a fast one on you. They'll stack up extra wings on one plate to jack up the tab. Supposed to stick to the rules, you know, puttin' out the advertised special on the chow counter. I told one of 'em, "8 pieces for 3 bucks, right?" Seems like she didn't catch my drift. Checked the reviews, this spot ain't no saint. Sucks, 'cause I didn't even snag my 7-11 points after she rang up those wings I wasn't eyein'. Would've caved if she plated 'em separate-like (which we ain't allowed to see), layin' out 8 pieces – that would've fattened 7-11's wallet today. She was either thinkin' my other buy was more, or she was playin' a slick game.

This gas station doesn't cancel holds on debit cards. Me and my boyfriend been here separately to get gas one at pump using there app and one at register each time we Paid for gas and each time it wouldn't pump the gas at pump but 7eleven took the funds off both of are cards. But no gas was pumped said declined or wrong billing zip through the app. Been 2 weeks and the hold is still pending. The managers aren't never there

My friend and I walked into 711 and proceeded to be followed by a worker the whole time. I smiled at her but she was only rude and when we checked out two ice pops were 8 dollars, even though the price said 1.79. I told her never mind, thank you and was about to put the ice pops back when she snatched them out of my hand and said “I’ll take those” My friend and I were confused. We asked why the price was different and then the worker made rude comments about us and stereotyped us. On the way out of the store she proceeded to stare at us and even when we were out the window she was staring at us. This worker was plain prejudice, creepy, and rude. Do not recommend buying anything or asking for help from her here.

Better than all other gas station convenience stores in the area as far as consistency goes which is all you can ask for from convenience stores these days.

I mostly go to this store between 8 and 9 pm, the clerk has twice givin me a doller less on my change .I don't know if it is a coincidence or he tries this with everyone.He is on the phone most of the time and if you are encountering any problem he doesn't understand or just don't want to understand.
